
The Expeditions Plan is proceeding in ten distinct phases. One: Development of Expeditions philosophy and approach paradigms which leads directly into the development of an expeditions strategy.
Two: Assembling unique hardware requirements and determining where new hardware will have to be designed, tested and constructed.
Three: Assembling a chronological mission execution plan.
Four: Investigating and selecting an underwater location for the expedition.
Five: Constructing hardware and assembling off the shelf components.
Six: Professional development and training of crew members and of educational resources such as teachers and students.
Seven: Testing integrated components.
Eight: Launch of integrated system into the aquatic environment.
Nine: Final in situ testing of all equipment and certification of mission readiness.
Ten: Execute the Atlantica Expeditions Phase I mission.
